Benny Blanco Reveals He Nearly Stabbed A Friend After Mistaking Him For Intruder

Benny Blanco has recalled a frightening moment when he almost stabbed one of his friends after mistaking him for a home intruder.

Speaking on his ‘Friends Keep Secrets’ podcast, the music producer revealed that he woke up after hearing strange noises inside his house and immediately grabbed a knife for protection.

According to Benny, he quietly moved through the house and hid behind furniture as he prepared for what he believed could be a dangerous confrontation.

During the conversation, rapper and comedian Lil Dicky jokingly asked why he did not use a gun instead, prompting Benny to admit he would probably accidentally shoot himself if he owned one.

Benny explained that he planned to stab upward if the supposed intruder appeared, only to discover later it was actually one of his friends, who had also heard noises, panicked, and armed himself with a knife.

The producer joked that the situation could easily have gone terribly wrong, but both men realised what was happening before it did. Thankfully, no one was injured during the bizarre encounter.
