VALGEE Transport Services Limited has expanded its fleet with additional Toyota Sienna vehicles as the company intensifies efforts to improve passenger experience and strengthen its presence in Nigeria’s interstate transport sector, particularly along the busy Jos–Abuja route.
The chief executive officer of VALGEE Transport Services Limited, Mr Liberty Makwin, stated this yesterday during the unveiling of the fleet of vehicles in Jos, the Plateau State capital.
He said the development reflected the company’s long-term commitment to improving service delivery and responding to passengers’ needs.
LEADERSHIP reports that VALGEE has established its presence on the Jos–Abuja corridor.
Makwin said the additional vehicles would increase its passenger-carrying capacity, improve vehicle availability and provide greater stability in booking and departure schedules.
He said, “A substantial number of the new vehicles will be deployed on the Jos–Abuja route, reflecting our strategic importance to the company’s operations.
“Beyond adding more vehicles, VALGEE is also strengthening its internal operational systems, including vehicle coordination, booking processes and service delivery,” he said.
Makwin reiterated that for many travellers moving between Jos, and Abuja, dependable transportation means more than simply getting to their destination.
It also involves securing a booking, departing on schedule and travelling with confidence.
He said the latest fleet expansion is aimed at improving service availability and making interstate journeys more convenient for passengers.
The company said the measures were designed to ensure that its growing capacity translates into a more organised and consistent travel experience, particularly during peak periods when demand for interstate transportation tends to increase.
Speaking further on the expansion, the CEO said, “Our focus has always been on building a transport service passengers can depend on. As demand grows, we are strengthening our capacity, improving our systems and ensuring that the VALGEE experience continues to meet the standard our passengers expect.”
Makwin said the company expected that the increased fleet capacity will provide passengers with more travel options, ease pressure during busy periods and support more predictable booking arrangements.
“These improvements are particularly important in a competitive transport market where passengers increasingly look for services that combine availability, convenience and consistency.
“For VALGEE, the expansion represents more than the addition of vehicles to its fleet. It signals an effort to consolidate its existing operations, improve efficiency and sustain passenger confidence as interstate transport demand evolves,” he stated.
He said with the additional Toyota Siennas joining its operations, the company is positioning itself to serve more travellers while strengthening its commitment to structured and dependable transportation along the Jos–Abuja corridor.
