On the employment of new teachers, the chairman of the education committee, Dr. Habibu added that Honorable Abubakar Kabir Abubakar directed the foundation to also employ an additional 200 new teachers due to the shortage of teachers in the constituency.

The breakdown for the employment of the teachers by the foundation is as follows; Islamic Teachers: 50; Primary School Teachers: 130; Upper Basic School Teachers: 98; Senior Secondary School Teachers: 40

The chairman of the education committee further said the total number employed by the Foundation to improve the quality of learning in Bichi is 318, comprising 196 males and 122 females, hence the issuance of their appointment letters today, including that of salary upgrade.
