Gov Idris Shakes Up Cabinet

Kebbi State Governor Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu has announced a minor cabinet reshuffle as part of his administration’s readiness to strengthen the apparatus and good governance.

The Cabinet changes were contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the state government, Yakubu Bala Tafida and made available to Journalists on Monday in Birnin Kebbi.

Those affected include Hon Sama’ila Yakubu Augie from the Ministry of Internal Security to the Ministry of Health and Hon Haliru Aliyu Wasagu from the Ministry of Mineral Resources to Internal Security.

According to the statement, the changes take immediate effect. It added that Governor Nasir Idris appreciated the continued support and cooperation of members of the State’s Executive for the success of his administration.
