When the case came up yesterday, counsel to the complainant, Fola Ogunsipe, informed the court that the matter was slated for hearing, however, the defendants were not in court.

Ogunsipe told the court that the defendants were duly served all the processes including the hearing date, consequently, she prayed the court to grant an order to seal the office premises of the defendant located at Kuje-Chibiri in Kuje Area Council of the FCT  in other to compel their appearance in court.

In her ruling, Magistrate Oyepeju Mustapha Abiodun  granted the request and ordered the office premises sealed up till the adjourned date fixed for Friday, May 10, 2024.
