Kogi Guber: Okpe Congratulates Gov Ododo Over Supreme Court Victory

The chief executive officer of FamKris Pharmaceuticals & Resources Ltd, Pharm. Onuh Christian Okpe, has congratulated the Governor Usman Ododo over the recent Supreme Court’s decision affirming his electoral victrory as the executive governor of Kogi State, noting that such landmark ruling is a significant validation of his leadership and an endorsement of the governor’s unwavering commitment to the principles of democracy and public service.

In a statement he personally signed, the Pharmacist described the victory as not merely a personal triumph but a reflection of the confidence and trust that the people of Kogi State have placed in Ododo’s vision for the state.

He said, “Your perseverance and dedication throughout the legal challenges have been exemplary, demonstrating your resilience and ability to lead with integrity under pressure.”

He mentioned that as he continued his leadership journey, it was important to recognise the remarkable strides he has made in various critical areas that impact the lives of the people of Kogi State.

He adde: “Your administration has been notable for its achievements in several key areas: “Under your leadership, Kogi State has witnessed significant advancements in agriculture, with initiatives aimed at enhancing food security and boosting the local economy. Your focus on modernising farming practices and supporting farmers has been instrumental in increasing agricultural productivity and promoting sustainable practices.”

Pharm. Okpe expressed that the governor’s commitment to empowering women has been evident through various programmes and initiatives designed to support women’s economic independence and participation in leadership roles.

“Your administration has made notable efforts to improve the welfare of workers in Kogi State. Enhancements in workers’ rights, better working conditions, and timely payment of salaries reflect your dedication to ensuring that those who serve the public are well-supported and valued.

These investments are laying the foundation for a healthier, more educated future for the people of Kogi State,” he stated.
