Lagos Assembly Collaborates with Ibile Holdings to Boost Investments

The Lagos State House of Assembly Committee on Finance has visited Ibile Holdings Limited to discuss collaborative plans that aim to ensure the profitability of state investments in the company.

The committee, led by Hon. Saheed Obafemi, Chairman of the House Committee on Finance, expressed its intention to foster a good working relationship with Ibile Holdings Limited to achieve the state’s objectives.

During the meeting, Hon. Obafemi emphasized the importance of partnering with Ibile Holdings Limited to ensure viable returns on state investments, such as Lagride and Lagbus, which will help alleviate transportation woes in the state.

He highlighted the committee’s commitment to understanding and showcasing the investments made by the state in various companies in order to establish synergies for the betterment of both citizens and the government.

The Group Managing Director of Ibile Holdings Limited, Mr. Oluwatobiloba Lawal, expressed his gratitude for the visit by the lawmakers, noting that it will assist the company in improving its operations. Mr. Lawal, who assumed office two months ago, shared his plans to build confidence in the company and rectify past management anomalies.
