Nigeria Today Magazine Holds Annual Lecture

The 2024 Edition of the Outstanding Performance Awards and Lecture of Nigeria Today Magazine have been scheduled for Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at the prestigious Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre, Central Business District, Abuja.

Nigeria Today Magazine, a global publication promoting good governance and selfless service to humanity, is putting together the event to celebrate outstanding individuals who have distinguished themselves in their different fields of endeavour and corporate entities that have stood out in implementing their mandates within the year in focus.

Highlights of the event included an anniversary Lecture, the inauguration of the Nigeria Today Magazine Hall of Fame, the Nigeria Today weekly magazine presentation, and an award ceremony honouring outstanding Nigerians and organisations.

According to the Project Coordinator, Malam Suleiman Mohammed, the event will be chaired by His Excellency Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, former Senate President and former Secretary to the Government of the Federation. At the same time, His Excellency Senator Adams Oshiomhole will deliver the Annual Lecture.

Further, Malam Mohammed stated that nominations have been made for governors in different categories, which will be announced before the event. Nominations have also been made for outstanding senators and members of the House of Representatives. Apart from individuals, outstanding corporate organisations will also be recognised and honoured at the event.

Mohammed said that the event, which promises to be high-profile, will attract prominent dignitaries from within and outside the country who will grace the occasion as Special Guests.
