The Kano State Police Command has successfully recovered a stolen Toyota Hilux vehicle belonging to the convoy of the State’s deputy governor.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor, Ibrahim Garba Shuaibu, confirmed that the vehicle, which was stolen on Monday, was traced and recovered through coordinated efforts by security operatives.

The statement further revealed that a permanent and pensionable driver in the service of the state government whose name was not revealed has been arrested in connection with the theft.
