Prime Boy shared the legal document filed at the High Court of Lagos State, Ikeja, on his Instagram page.
Prime Boy sued Abosede, for allegedly making libelous and malicious remarks about him in a video interview on the 28th of March, 2024.

According to the document dated February 12 2025, Abosede’s comments which were published in several news media, were designed to defame him in the eyes of members of society.

Prime Boy further claimed that Mohbad’s mother is liable for “N50 million in damages for libelous, injurious, falsehood, and malicious statements made on the 28th of March, 2024, to defame the claimant in the eyes of right-thinking members of society.”
