Sen Mbu’s Defection To Our Fold Major Boost In Cross River, Labour Party Celebrates

An All Progressives Congress (APC) heavyweight in Cross River State, Senator M. T. Mbu Jr has dumped the ruling party and joined the Labour Party.

Mbu, who was described as the unifier-in-chief of  APC in the state and who was the architect of Governor Ben Ayade leaving PDP for APC said he is now Obidient.

A statement by the head, Media,  ObiDatti Presidential Campaign Council, Diran Onifade, quoted Mbu as saying he was joining the Obidient movement because it’s becoming very obvious that they are the only ones who can restore the much-needed peace, unity, and progress In Nigeria.

The senator was also quoted saying he  believes that the Obidatti team is the only one that can restore a bright future for the Nigerian youths who are indeed the future of any and the Nation Rests on.

“Obi-Datti media notes that Sen. Mbu is a big addition to the growing Obidient movement because he has a huge following, and members of his APC cadre are likely to come with him into the Obidient Fold.
