“The security challenges we are facing are not only Nigeria’s alone; it’s a global phenomenon,” General Musa stated.

He added, “We are standing up to the occasion, and we are getting there. The security situation is improving, and we will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that Nigeria is safe and secure.”

He however appealed to Nigerians to support the security agencies by reporting suspicious moves, stressing the importance of community engagement in combating insecurity.

General Christopher stressed that this cannot be done alone, saying, “It’s a teamwork. We need the cooperation and collaboration of all Nigerians to tackle the security challenges facing our nation.

“Don’t allow these guys to stay in your communities, don’t trade with them nor give them support. Report any suspicious activity to the authorities, and together, we will defeat these criminal elements.”
