A fire outbreak has destroyed over fifty (50) shops and property worth million of Naira at Bayan Tasha Market in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital.
The blaze, which gutted significant parts of the popular market, left traders counting their losses and the community in shock.
Eyewitnesses and residents described the fire as intense, quickly spreading across several sections of the market before it was brought under control.
