They say no one goes farther than what he sees. The eternal truth in that has played in the out groundbreaking manner the CEO of Adozillion Homes and Realty, Simon Nwachukwu Adozi, remodelled the real estate sector in Nigeria.

The remnant of the impact left behind by COVID-19 is still negatively impacting a number of industries on a global scale, almost three years after the pandemic. However, it rather opened Simon Adozi, a foremost Nigerian realtor, to a new phase of the business, standing out among his contemporaries and competitors.

 

Imbibing the lessons of covid and how it hard hit the industry, Simon Adozi is no longer just designing regular and affordable homes for middle-class citizens, he has pioneered building conducive environment for Nigerians to  live and also work, as a way of preparing citizens for unforeseen circumstances as heralded three years ago.

Simon Nwachukwu Adozi, a recipient of several awards, among which are prestigious 40-under-40 CEOs in Africa, African Youth Excellence Award, 100 most influential youths in Africa, has almost a decade-long hands-on experience in the industry.

 

Though he established Adozillion Homes and Realty in 2021, the company has emerged as a huge force in the sector, with a vision to be the leading real estate solution company of choice in Africa, driven by unmatched focus on customer satisfaction and operating core integrity.

 

In its bid to ensure quality and affordable housing for all, payable on instalments at no interest, Simon Adozi launched the Mufasa Apartments located in the Ikate area of Lekki, Lagos State, which comprised two and three-bedroom apartments with boys’ quarters attached.

 

“Mufasa Apartments provides accommodation where people can live, work and play in the same space. The Covid-19 pandemic has taught us that if we must provide accommodation, it should be a place where people can work and play,” he said.

 

Speaking further, Simon Adozi said, “So, that has been inculcated into the designs and put together in the Mufasa Apartments. They come with all the amenities such as a swimming pool and gym because we care about the general well being of people.

 

“The apartments also come with fire alarm just in case of a fire emergency, good portable water and electricity provision. Payments can be made within 12 months and it is interest-free. With the Mufasa Apartments, you can pay within 10 months and you can pay within six months”, added Simon Adozi.
