The Serpents In The Family Line

Genesis 32:24–28; & Luke 10:19

Are you here, and there is a serpent in your family line? Is there a work in the root that is eating that root away? Then, do not be surprised if miracles are flying over your head and under your feet, but they are not touching you.

There is no spiritual growth. There are problems everywhere with health and all parts of the body. It is because there is a serpent in that root. What is the cause of this family bondage?

1. Bad marriage foundation

When two people who are not supposed to marry; it is not in the divine book that they should marry and they get married and have children, of course that foundation will affect the children.

For some, before they get married, they would have been sleeping with each other and aborting any children, and now it is a bad foundation

2. The second cause is generational curses:

The kind that happened between Elijah and Gehazi. Elijah cursed Gehazi and said* _”The leprosy of Naaman shall come upon you and upon your offspring 

So, the family of Gehazi that is yet to marry or even have children, has a hanging curse over their heads. Immediately after they are born, the curses begin to operate;

3. Evil dedication.

_When a person is dedicated to an idol or something bad, that thing will fight for your life. It will not want you to go ahead.

There are people here tonight or listening to me, and the reason you are struggling is that there is an evil dedication speaking over your life and saying,”Why is he calling Jesus when we dedicated him to this idol?

 

Prophetic Prayer

_I am praying for anyone here: any evil dedication speaking over your life, let that dedication be broken to pieces! In the name of Jesus.

Many times on deliverance ground, the demons confront the deliverance ministers and say,Where were you when her mother brought her to us and dedicated her to us? You just come from nowhere and say”Leave her!’”

So an argument ensues between the deliverance minister and the demons. They say,”No, I am not going anywhere. They have handed her over to us;

 

Prophetic Prayer

Anyone here who has been handed over to powers of darkness, consciously or unconsciously, receive your deliverance now! in the name of Jesus.

4. Evil covenants.

Once the enemy has formed a covenant with the family, it puts the whole family in bondage;

5. Bewitchment.

The enemy can put a whole family under bewitchment. Somebody sent me a news item yesterday. I looked at it and shook my head.

This white boy took a gun and, on the streets, shot his father dead. The mother was shocked and started to scream. She held his shirt and said,”You killed your father!

So he pulled the trigger on his head and blew his own brains out. So father dead, son dead. Remaining just mother. It is bewitchment;

Every anointing of bad luck, every anointing of bewitchment, working against any family here, with a tenfold amen, we destroy them now! in the name of Jesus.

6. Collective strongman

If the family has been handed over to a strongman, then that strongman is in charge of everybody, controlling everybody, disturbing everybody, killing them at will, and causing confusion in the family

I am praying that every strongman attached to any family here, with a tenfold amen, we destroy that strongman! in the name of Jesus.

 

7. Collective evil mark.

They put a mark on every member of the family. You may not see the mark physically, but you find the trend. The same thing is happening to everyone;

8. Open doors caused by personal sins.

Every sinner is fighting God. The Bible says that one sinner destroys much good.”For anyone sinning intentionally and habitually, God sees them. It is only in times of ignorance that God winks. At other times, His eyes are wide open;

9. Occultic attacks or involvement. _There is no way your father or grandfather would belong to a cult or secret society, and it will not affect you; it will definitely affect you;

If you could still remember that at the time your father was to be buried, some people just came and chased everybody away, do not think that what he has done will let the children have peace;

10. Spiritual marriage:

the enemy marrying everyone off in the family to one spirit wife or spirit husband;

 

11. Arrow of poverty.

*Poverty is a very powerful weapon in the arsenal of Satan. The enemy uses it well so that he can drive people to his camp.

 

One woman was speaking to me two days ago. When she lacked money, her friend took her somewhere. Her friend told her that they would pray for her there.

 

When she got there, she found out that it was the house of a witch doctor. The witch doctor said, “Madam, if you want money, you will get money. But once you get that money, your first child will keep falling sick. The more serious the sickness, the more the money.”

 

The woman said”no”and ran away from there. The devil uses the weapon of poverty to draw people to him.

 

Prophetic Prayers

 

Any arrow of poverty fired into any family here, let those arrows, with a tenfold Amen, go back to the senders! In the name of Jesus;

 

I decree into your life that the spirit of God will anoint you for great achievement, in the name of Jesus;

 

Whether it is convenient for the enemies or not, your helpers shall locate you! You will defeat your enemies, no matter how many they are! And you will step into the next level, in the name of Jesus;

 

What has been ruling in your family for evil, you will rule over them! In the name of Jesus;

 

The power of God will change your status and that of your family! in the name of Jesus;

 

You will end the poverty in your life, and in your family line! In the name of Jesus.

 

A sevenfold amen.

 

_There is a connection between the troubles you are going through and your parentage. Your parentage will, as a matter of fact, determine the kind of battle you fight.

 

What happens to you in the womb affects what happens to you in real life if you do not intervene. Something is going on in your family line. Stand up to it. Stand on the blood of Jesus. When you notice that something is going on in the family, it is a curse.

 

I have given you some examples you can use to know when something is not right in your family. You must fight like Jacob did. It takes a fight to be free.

 

Listen very well to me, beloveth. The matter is fight able. Jacob continued in frustration from day to day. But he encountered an angel of God from heaven one day, and he entered a fight. 

 

Bless me, cancel this curse. God told my father Abraham that he would become a father of nations. Angel, where are the nations? Anything that made my father not to become a nation, this is where it stops. If you do not bless me, I will not let you go.”

 

Then the angel said, What is your name?and when he said Jacob”_ *the angel said, “Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.”

 

That Jacob now became a progenitor of new generations. If you do not fight, your children will continue the fight. And there can be no breakthrough in this matter without a fight.

 

In history, there is no freedom without a fight. You must come to a point just like we are here now and say, What happened to my mother and my father must not happen to me. Then what happened to me must not happen to my children.”

 

Your grandmother divorced, your mother divorced, and now the enemy is attacking your marriage. You have to release your missile of prayer.

 

You must identify the activities of the enemy, which is what I am trying to explain to you, and give it a fight. You notice that at a particular age in your family, everybody must be wearing glasses.

 

You have noticed that your elder sister got married, and the husband has been bashing her here and there. Same with another sister, and now you are married. And the man who has been loving you since is now telling you,”One day I will kill you.

 

You ought to know that there is a fight. You ought to recognise that responding to that man is just wasting time. There is something to fight about.

 

Your grandmother fought it and did not win. Your mother fought it and did not win. And now you think it is by slapping and talking that you will fight it. You noticed that your great-grandmother had fibroid, your grandmother had fibroid, and your mother had fibroid.

 

You have to fight. Many are unhappy with what is happening to them. Many are not happy with what the enemy is doing to them, but they have not yet gotten mad enough with the situation like Jacob did.

 

The devil does not respect your qualifications. What he respects is the anointing of God. The tree that has been growing in the family is a tree that, if you find that it is not yielding good fruit, you uproot it.

 

So if you want to come out of all this, you must: make up your mind;

 

 Make God your friend;

 

Accept that there is a problem; &

 

And fight it.

That is why we are here for 3 weeks. So the prayers we are going to start praying now are unfortunately not for gentlemen or gentlewomen.

 

Anybody among the 4,000 ancestors can be a serpent, biting everybody now. The fathers have done evil, and the children are now the ones reaping the fruit of the evil.

 

PRAYER POINTS

 

1. My Father, my Father, my Father, my family is available; manifest your power! in the name of Jesus.

 

1. Every yoke, troubling my family line, break! in the name of Jesus;

 

2. Collective captivity of my father’s house, collective captivity of my mother’s house, break! in the name of Jesus;

 

3. Patterns of failure, in my family line, break! in the name of Jesus;

 

4. My family line, hear the Word of the Lord: receive deliverance by fire! In the name of Jesus;

 

5. Curses attacking my family line, you are liars, die! in the name of Jesus;

 

6. Powers altering the destiny of my family, scatter! in the name of Jesus; &

 

7. Every evil covenant, under which my family labours, die! in the name of Jesus.
