Nigeria Super Eagles legends, Mutiu Adepoju and Daniel Amokachi, who were Ambassadors of the game, were also present at the event.

Speaking at the unveiling, the chairman/chief executive officer, Adron Groups, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking said, the Games has become more than just a sports competition but has become a symbol of unity, wellness, and excellence – principles that lie at the heart of everything done at Adron Group.

Represented by the MD, Adenike Ajobo, the firm’s boss emphasised that the significance of the Games is the coming together to celebrate not just competition but camaraderie, hard work, and the pursuit of greatness.

Aare Emmanuelking said: “This event has become more than just a sports competition; it has become a symbol of unity, wellness, and excellence—principles that lie at the heart of everything we do at Adron Group.

“The Adron Games have always been a platform where we foster a healthy balance between work, play, and personal growth. As we all know, the world of business and the world of sports are not so different. They both demand discipline, resilience, and a relentless drive to succeed.

“We believe that by promoting physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle, we are also nurturing the core attributes that lead to success in every field of endeavour. It is in this spirit that Adron Games continues to expand, allowing participants from all walks of life to showcase their talents, test their limits, and build lasting relationships.

“This year’s edition,”Fit To Be The Biggest” promises to be our best yet, as we have worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the games reflects our commitment to excellence, the symbol we hold dear in the Adron Group.

“From the facilities to the organisation, we have spared no effort in creating an atmosphere that is both competitive and inclusive. We are confident that this event will not only inspire the athletes but also encourage everyone watching to pursue their own goals with passion and determination. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a first-time participant, Adron Games is a celebration of the human spirit’s resilience and ability to overcome challenges.”

He commended the firm’s partners, sponsors, and team behind the scenes who have made the day possible, saying their hard work is what fuels the success of the Adron Games year after year.

He charged the athletes to “compete with integrity, push your limits, and enjoy the journey. Let us all embrace the values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and excellence as we move forward in this exciting chapter. Let the games begin, and may this year’s Adron Games be a lasting testament to the power of sports to unite, inspire, and transform.”

Also speaking, Mutiu Adepoju commended the firm for the initiative, noting that sport makes fit and unites people together.

In his own remarks, Daniel Amokachi said, the government needs to take a cue from what Adron is doing while also calling for more sponsorship for sports in the country.

He noted that the games have the potential to discover more talents that can be useful for the country noting that if well harnessed, the Adron Games is a replica of the National Sports Festivals for workers in the country.
