Gov Radda Certified Fit To Resume Duties After Road Crash

Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda has been medically certified fit to continue his official duties and discharged from the hospital.

LEADERSHIP recalls that Governor Radda was hospitalised following his involvement in a road accident that occurred along the Katsina – Daura Highway.

According to a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, Governor Radda was discharged from the hospital after receiving necessary medical attention and has been certified by doctors as fully fit to continue his responsibilities.

Expressing gratitude to citizens, colleagues, and well-wishers across the country, the Governor said he was moved by the outpouring of prayers and support during his recovery.

“I am deeply touched by the overwhelming prayers and support from our people. This demonstration of love strengthens my commitment to serving Katsina State with renewed vigour and dedication,” Radda stated.

The Governor reaffirmed his commitment to the “Building Your Future” agenda, pledging to continue pushing forward with his development vision for the state.

Radda was involved in a minor accident on his way to Daura on official duty over the weekend.

Despite initial concerns, officials of the state government allayed the fears, disclosing that the governor did not sustain serious injuries in the incident.
