Saraki’s Football Club Players, Officials Return To Kwara After Road Accident

Players and officials of Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) Football Club, who were involved in a road accident along the Ogbomoso-Ilorin expressway, have been safely evacuated to Ilorin, Kwara State.

The team was returning from Lagos when their bus collided with a trailer, resulting in damage to the vehicle and minor injuries to a few players and officials.

A delegation of club officials, led by the director of Football, Alloy Chukwuemeka, quickly responded to the incident and provided transportation to move the players from the scene to Ilorin base.

Medical attention was also provided to those with minor injuries.

The club has expressed gratitude for the outpouring of concern and support from stakeholders following the incident.
